Quick meals are a lifesaver, but at what cost? We used NutriPeek’s Detailed Scan on Ching’s Secret Hakka Noodles to look past the “Veg” claim

What the Scan Revealed: The ingredient list is dominated by 96% refined wheat flour, which lacks the fiber necessary for good gut health.
