NutriPeek – Account & Data Deletion

Account & Data Deletion:

Users of the NutriPeek mobile application can request deletion of their account
and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion:

  1. Send an email to NutripeekHealth@gmail.com from the email address
    used to sign in to NutriPeek.
  2. Use the subject line: “Delete My NutriPeek Account”

What data will be deleted:

  • User authentication record (Firebase Authentication)
  • Scan history and nutrition analysis data
  • Any preferences linked to the user account

What data may be retained:

  • Anonymous usage analytics (not linked to your identity)
  • Records required for legal or security purposes (if any)
  • Record that a free trial was given to the email id (so that another free trial is not given if signed up again)

Retention period:

Account deletion requests are processed within 7–14 days.
